About InsightTrail
InsightTrail is operated by InsightTrail LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (insighttrail.app). By accessing or using InsightTrail, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
InsightTrail provides AI-generated coaching briefs based on data from wearable devices (Garmin, Oura) and self-reported check-ins. It is a coaching and informational tool. It is not a medical device, clinical service, or regulated health product.
The service is currently in early access. Features, availability, and pricing may change. We will communicate significant changes to registered users.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use InsightTrail. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@insighttrail.app if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Use the service in any way that could harm other users
Coaching disclaimer
InsightTrail coaching briefs are informational only and do not constitute medical, clinical, or training advice. Coaching output is based on data interpretation and may not reflect your actual physical state. Do not make health, training, or medical decisions based solely on InsightTrail output. Always consult a qualified professional before making changes to your health or training routine.
Third-party integrations
InsightTrail connects to Garmin Connect and Oura to retrieve wearable data. These connections are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those platforms. InsightTrail is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Garmin Ltd. or Oura.
Intellectual property
All InsightTrail content, design, software, and materials are the property of InsightTrail. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
InsightTrail is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on coaching output.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to InsightTrail at our discretion, including where these terms are breached. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
